Seismic's product does a lot of amazing things, but all those amazing things made it confusing to quickly explain.
Through succinct storytelling and captivating conflict, Seismic evolved from the expected machine learning industry-speak and became a brand that felt as human as the problems they solve.

How to make it work
across all channels.
Just like humans, brands need to express in the literal and abstract. It's important to create enough versatility in a brand language that in can work everywhere, to express anything. For Seismic, a reductive graphic iconography was incorporated with a simplified photographic style through a controlled palette. The two worlds could play together or work solo using any of the branding elements—photography, iconography, and typography that was demonstrated in a redesign of Seismic's site.
