Building interest
in Enterprise.
Glint has an amazing product that uses analytics for HR insights. They also had a not so amazing PDF of typical generic enterprise brand guidelines that systematically failed to say anything of meaning. That's what I set out to fix, through a series of baby steps pushing the visual language into something more ownable, a new manifesto that was void of enterprise speak, and finally combined the two into a film that demonstrated who they where not only to themselves but to the rest of the world.

After refining the visual language we identified several core insights to craft a manifesto. Focusing on the most important manifesto lines, we paired them with simple metaphors further developing the design language to create key brand messages.

Enterprise Nouveau
All of the baby steps help create a foundation for a brand film. Through animating the key visuals to a script developed from the manifesto, a marriage of technology and humans working in sync was told in a new way. The animation treatment further extended their brand language, creating a very robust set of guidelines and a more ownable brand. Job done.
